1995 |
Lucy is 10 weeks old in this photo
taken in 1995. Her first day with us! She is mostly pink
and has only a few small brown freckles on her left
side. |

Let me in!!! (Lucy is demanding to get back into the
house.) Lucy is 10 years old in this photo. See how the
freckles on her left side have grown in numbers and
enlarged in size. With age, she is also getting a few
darker brown spots and some small white skin spots. |

This is the oldest photo I have of
my Sweet Lucy. It was taken in 1995 by Lucy's breeder a
few weeks before she came to us. Poor baby, she had
puppy pimples. |

especially as puppies. Unlike other hairless dog breeds,
AHTs have full dentition. |

bit, but the pink areas just burn. AHTs, especially the
pink-skinned ones, have to be protected from the sun. |

It's not easy to get good,
non-blurry photos of Lucy. She always moves just when I
snap the photo! That's why she often sits or lies down
in her pictures. She knows how to model. :o) |

Sweet Lucy

picture was the first AHT photo on the Web. It was one
of the very first pictures I ever took of Lucy with my
new digital camera in 1996. |

pal Pepe (Xoloitzcuintli) is 15+ years old in these photos. Pepe is
a rescue boy, so we don't know his exact age. Pepe has
been Lucy's best buddy since she was a baby-dog. Click on the

a flash! Lucy is a
fair AHT and I am a super fair Scandinavian. We both
